Founded in 1988 by Alison Cook, an English woman who came to live in Barcelona for the work of her partner, a man from Barcelona named Carles Pera. Being an immigrant, Alison had almost no job opportunities and that was very unfair. So with the help of Carles they founded an organization called 'Worldwide Chance' so that immigrants can have the working conditions they deserve.

After a few years, the organization grew and obtained justice and, as conditions improved, Alison decided to create "World Bites", hiring mainly immigrant people as her, because Cook wanted to give them the opportunity that she did not have in her day.

Today our chefs have 35 years of experience in the kitchen and prepare typical dishes from their land, taking care of the quality of each ingredient to get as close as possible to their culture.
